Updating your credit card for your subscription plan

You can update your credit card at any time. Once updated, Ettend will charge this new credit card on your next billing date, then going forward based on your current monthly subscription plan.

If your credit card expires or is in-valid, we will suspend your account from actively collecting attendees. Your data, event website and attendee options will remain active. Once a new credit card has been updated and verified, you account will become active instantly.

Note: When you first upgrade to a paid account, we will automatically charge your credit card every 30 days from that day forward until you change or cancel your plan.
